The System's Enforcer: TRUE Quality Control
A system cannot grade itself. Other companies have their cleaning teams "check their own homework." Ours doesn't.
Our TRUE Quality Control unit is an independent system within the larger Imperial Service Systems. They are not part of the cleaning crew. Their only function is to act as an internal "police force," enforcing our own high standards. They are, by design, the client's eyes, tasked with finding faults before you ever can.
The process is simple and transparent:
- Our dedicated inspectors visit your facility during the day.
- They issue a formal grade on our team's performance.
- They ask you to provide a grade as well.
- The report goes directly to the Service Team that day for prompt resolution.
This is not a suggestion box. It is systematic enforcement.
